Coaching consists of a series of meetings, usually over the phone, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. A commitment to three months is recommended to really allow the client to develop and fulfill their goals and dreams, to change habits that have held them back, and to achieve their goals and dreams in a sustainable way.
At the Initial Session, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, we develop your goals/dreams as well as design, plan, and discuss the coaching relationship and process. Weekly 45-60 minute sessions will follow that will help you achieve your specific, measurable goals utilizing a safe, supported, and step-by-step process. (Note: Many other coaches offer only 30 or 40 minutes sessions.)
Between sessions, clients are encouraged to take some agreed upon action to move them forward on particular goals. What’s done, or not done, is completely up to you, the client, although I will be there to hold you accountable as well as help and motivate you.
Monthly fees, based upon a 2, 3, or 4 week month, depending on the plan that you choose, are payable in advance. (Please contact STEP ABOVE COACHING to determine the available fee structure that’s best for you.)
The monthly fee includes: all materials, weekly calls/meetings (the client calls the coach), all forms, unlimited email support, and 5-10 minute calls between sessions, as needed and as available. While most coaches only do telephone work, if you live in the NJ/NYC area, STEP ABOVE COACHING also offers in-person coaching at a slight surcharge to meet your needs.
