Scott was spiritually transformed after defeating a rare form of cancer for which he is the only known survivor in the world.  His diagnosis, treatment, and recovery from this disease prompted him to re-evaluate his life, his goals, and his profession.  He left his International Finance career at H.B.O. to write spiritual, self-help, and travel books, and volunteer with the Make-A-Wish-Foundation®.  He now fulfills his passions and serves others through his Empowerment Coaching, Writing, and Workshops/Retreats.
